Advisory division provides consultancy across the value chain of educational institutions including evaluation of project, plans, restructuring of organisation, man mapping and training need analysis, besides preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and Detailed Feasibility Reports (DFRs) covering academic plan, HR & Governance plan, environment plan, civil and architecture plan, IT & Infrastructure plan and financial plan.
Recently with increased opportunities, EdCIL Advisory has expanded into other sectors such as Health Education, Skill Improvement and Rural Economic Development.
